Million-dollar listings are not uncommon in this neighborhood, although cozier condominiums are also available. Generally, homes fall within the range of $550,000 to $1.1 million. The lower end of the range fetches buyers a two or three-bedroom home featuring Pueblo or Spanish eclectic inspiration; the higher end features an extra bedroom here, or a pool there, with custom aesthetic tweaks.
