About two years ago, we decided that we wanted to sell our current home and look for a home with unique characteristics, including a much larger yard, space in the home for our many grandchildren and expansive areas for entertaining which we regularly do. She was very thorough in showing us properties which met our criteria, but never pushed us to make a decision on a home until we were ready and found the right place for our needs. She found a home which was perfect for us, home characteristics and style, although it had been priced substantially over what we intended to spend. The home’s price had just been substantially reduced, and she very quickly made contact with us and we immediately saw the home and successfully put the home under contract and closed within a month later. Not only did she aggressively, but professionally, negotiate terms and pricing, she fully respected what I asked her to do. I have purchased many homes in many locations, and I know what I want to do. Laura respected that and simply educated me further with respect to the area and delivered great value in bettering the economics beyond what I anticipated. Really impressive.
